We had neighbors who paid almost $5000 to build a home when we built ours a year earlier and did not have to pay.<br />Could you imagine a system where some people pay for a building permit but I go and get one for free does not seem fair. <br />New Infrastructure costs millions to build I hear 20-25 million for sewer plant at $5000 a house how many new houses would have to be built to pay for it?
