Surprising how many 'unanimous' votes there were the other night? I wonder how long the lovefest will last before we start seeing independent thinking and some backbone happening? Right now it looks like they have all agreed to agree to display a common front, or they could all be just plain tuckered out from all the mini-vacations they have been 'enjoying' at taxpayer expense to have any energy left to fight the good fight for the common good?
I would not call 'caving in' the way to go about establishing good relations with the local media. But then again, I have never been big on running scared and brown nosing, which I believe some on this council are already demonstrating is what they bring to the table, by way of their 'professionalism'.
I wonder what's going on with Passburg.
None of my business, I guess.
Didn't we have a policy against sprawling development that is expensive to service? Maybe that will be among the "council resolutions were never implemented". Will we get to see that list?
