Municipal Inspection, Crowsnest Pass

Was just informed by Russell Farmer that the municipal Inspection report will be presented to the public on September 18th. He stated that the municipality will be responsible to book a venue and advertise times etc.
So we should be seeing something soon. Reports will be made available to the public at the end of the presentation.

NOTE: In error I had posted Oct 18 what Mr Russell told me was Sept 18 just five days before nomination day.

We should not expect much from the report. This council put itself way above the voters they were elected to represent.

They think they are running a classroom and know what is best for us, no matter what we say. It is our responsibility for what happened here.

We Elected these people to represent us, now is the time to turf everyone of them out. We need an entirely new council and Mayor.

Expect nothing from this report. It is going to say that these people have done nothing wrong. The problem is no where in the Municipal Government Act does it say that it is illegal to be arrogant, dumb or not willing to listen to the people that pay the bills.
Just remember if we are stupid this time we pay for four years.

So the inspection report comes out on October 18 which is a Friday and that leaves Sat. and Sunday to inform the voters about the findings before they vote on Monday. Pretty sneaky and underhanded. That petition isn't worth the paper it's written on.

Report? What report? Oh yeah, I seem to be recalling something about an inspection. Seriously, at this point, what does it matter? I'm starting to think that next time, I'll be going with the egg plan. Probably a little more satisfying!

This council was fooled at their first retreat.

I believe they were not fooled, just trained. It's called "education."

Unfortunately for us we elected a bunch of people who are easily impressed.

Personally I do not care what the Municipal Inspection says. The present council will find out exactly where the public stands in about six weeks.
