Check out the story on John Prince's Blog regarding the MD of Ranchlands position on the Annexation process and Riversdale.
When Riversdale came to the Pass the local leadership should have told them to involve Ranchlands, was there a "don't worry they will be part of the Crowsnest Pass before the first snowfall"
I also suspect that Riversdale just like any other corporation will not be standing up and demanding the opportunity to pay more taxes.

hahahaha I didn't know you were such a card. :-)

This kind of makes it obvious why Bruce is now speaking about the process of Annexation. Not actually doing it.

Riversdale indicated that Bruce had nothing to do with their decision to invest. If they said that louder and clearer it would be embarrassing for Bruce.
Maybe they have dropped Bruce a hint that they will do that if he pushes his annexation tax-grab scheme.
What was that Riversdale? I didn't quite hear you.
Someone appended an embarrassing piece to the Jan. 7 Riverdale press release: “We are confident that the support we provided to Riversdale helped pave the way for this initiative to come to fruition” said Decoux." Who would make such a goofy suggestion to Riversdale, and why?
