Manager of operational services, from the municipal website, education required "Minimum requirement includes high school diploma". Come on........

Well, wouldn't think you would need to be a rocket scientist to be manager of operational services.
So Councillor Gallant said at the forum that they had only created four jobs. So are these three jobs listed on the municipal web site in addition to those four. Or are they part of those four and three people have left? Is this ever getting confusing!
